1. Introduction


At Natural Life, we value the dedication and hard work of our distributors. Our Commission Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for earning and receiving commissions through our Direct Selling Program.


2. Eligibility


To be eligible to earn commissions, distributors must meet the following criteria:

- Maintain active status by meeting minimum sales requirements as outlined in our Distributor Agreement.

- Adhere to the company's policies and guidelines for ethical business conduct.

- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations governing direct selling activities.


3. Commission Structure


Our commission structure is based on a tiered system that rewards distributors for their sales performance and team building efforts. Commissions are calculated based on the total sales volume generated by the distributor's downline organization, as well as their personal sales achievements.


4. Earning Commissions


Distributors can earn commissions through the following methods:

- Retail Sales: Earn a percentage of the sales volume generated from personal retail sales.

- Team Commissions: Receive bonuses based on the sales performance of their downline organization.

- Leadership Bonuses: Qualify for additional bonuses and incentives based on leadership rank and achievements.


5. Commission Payouts


Commissions are typically paid out on a monthly basis, although specific payout schedules may vary depending on the distributor's location and payment preferences. Payouts are issued in accordance with the company's standard procedures and may be subject to withholding taxes and other deductions as required by law.


6. Commission Adjustments


Natural Life reserves the right to adjust commission payouts in the event of returns, chargebacks, or other adjustments to sales volume. Additionally, commissions may be subject to review and adjustment in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or violations of company policies.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the forfeiture of commissions and other disciplinary actions as outlined in our Distributor Agreement.
